I had an amazing dinner at Ever last night. The food was phenomenal and the service was unobtrusive and relaxed, but perfect. The scallop course missed the mark as the scallop was incredibly salty. I did not enjoy the banana course because it was far too floral for my liking. Everything else was spectacular. I spent about $500 dining alone and enjoyed a dirty martini as well as a lovely Riesling recommended by the sommelier. It was a once in a lifetime opportunity and I'm glad I was able to go!
