Husbands fav breakfast is onion eggs. I saute them, then add more fresh onion on top and don't cook it all the way, so It leaves a crunch. Then add your egg mixture, black pepper, salt, paprika ( a good amount too) and cheese. It literally tastes like oniony Mac n cheese eggs lol. Give it a try, I bet you'll love it 🙂
