Seems to be a hit or miss experience for a lot of people, but I absolutely loved it! It was nice being able to experience all the different parts of the building, being seated in the kitchen, and talking with the chefs! Far from a traditional meal, and more of an experience. Was lucky to be the only party there at the time, so getting the space to ourselves was amazing too. It seems to be common sentiment that the dishes are a bit lacking here, and for the price, I’d expect a bit more from their taste profile, so I agree with that. The food was still all amazing, but I distinctly remember having more memorable dishes at a place like State Bird Provisions, where dining in for two wouldn’t really be over $200.
