Creamy Cajun chicken pasta.

    Ingredients 16 oz. penne pasta 2 chicken breast 1 tosp.
    Cajun seasoning 1 tsp. onion powder 1 tsp. garlic powder 1 tsp. 1 tsp dry parsley 1/2 paprika 1/2 tsp. old bay
    1 tosp. oil 1 tbsp. unsalted butter 1 small onion 1/2 medium size belle pepper Tomato paste Splash of chicken stock 2 cup heavy cream 1 tsp garlic 4 oz. cream cheese 1 tsp. chicken bouillon 1 tsp. Cajun seasoning 1/2 cup parmesan cheese
    Cook the pasta and rinse cold and sit aside.
    Mix and season chicken with 1 tosp. Cajun seasoning 1 tsp. onion powder 1 tsp. garlic powder 1 tsp. 1 tsp dry parsley 1/2 paprika 1/2 tsp. old bay
    • In a large skillet over med high heat cook chicken.
    Once cooked set aside
    • In same pan add butter and sauté onion, belle pepper and once onion is translucent and soft add tomatoe paste and cook for a min until fragrant.
    • add heavy cream and once simmering add chicken stock,cream cheese,bouillon, garlic and Cajun seasoning. Simmer until it starts to thicken.
    • salt and pepper to taste
    • add pasta back in and warm up
    • plate cover in parm and place sliced chicken over top or mix in the pan.
