- today was a bit higher calorie as I am nearing my cycle, and indulged in a vegan food truck for dinner (stuffed plantain with chickpea sweet potato curry and caribbean pickle – had to roughly estimate this at ~500 calories but i could be off a bit)
- I’ve also been trying to get 100g of protein minimum lately – not pictured was a OWYN no nut buttercup protein shake with 32g of protein and 200 calories! 🙂
- my work lunch was a chopped salad with a bunch of veggies and beans 133 calories, 7g protein) with brown rice and tofu in teriyaki sauce (200 cal, 13g protein)
- had catalina crunch (110 cals, 11g of protein) with about 70 cals of fruit for snack
- 190 cal of pb2 eanut protein (20g protein) mixed with 1 cup of almond milk (30 cal)
- 30 cal in the seaweed packet snack
- had 2 of the catalina crunch peanut butter cookies for 4g of protein and 90 calories
- not pictured was also a kombucha gingerade for 50 cals:)
