Visited one of Stockholm’s newest starred restaurants yesterday. A beautiful, balanced tasting menu for an amazing price at $88 (995 sek). Definitely the most affordable Michelin starred meal in Stockholm right now and a well-deserved one star.
It’s not a “come starving meal” but with two robust desserts at the end we left feeling very satisfied yet not overly stuffed.
The highlights of the meal were the consistent creative uses of dashi throughout the menu, the seasonal mackerel and tomato dish, the richness of the umami main course and the two desserts which were both far above expectations (especially as someone who usually doesn’t love desserts). The toffee sweet at the end used fish scales from the previous dishes and was incredible.
We will 100% be coming back more than once!
