Teruzushi located at Kitakyushu. Takayoshi Watanabe aka sushi bae.
Went for lunch which is the same as dinner menu. Lots of focus on showmanship for better or worse. I felt most of their appetizers were overly oily or salty.
The nigiri were okay too and his rice is very heavily seasoned which I like but probably not for all.
Most of his customers are international/outside of prefecture so take that as you will.
Overall it’s alright, probably would not go back especially since they are it Kitakyushu.
