An easy pasta with a particular shape obtained with a simple grater.
For the sauce I chose a simple, easy cherry tomato sauce.
Please note: despite being fresh pasta, it requires a much longer cooking time than most fresh pasta… approximately 15-20 minutes (depending on the thickness).
However, they hold up to cooking very well so even if you let them go a little longer they don’t cause any problems.
In less than an hour I cooked and ate my portion, I recommend them as a quick pasta that doesn’t require special tools.
