How does it look? Any suggestions or recommendations?

It tastes great, and I realise I've never actually had real sourdough before today ♡

I've got lots to learn, but have a feeling that even total failures will be tasty, so it's OK

    Yea you see how the loaf looks flat and the crumb is spaced? It may be because you still had more kneeding left to do?
