Diced raw yellow heirloom tomato and a sauté of Cherokee wax beans, crookneck squash, kale, fresh oregano and thyme with a little garlic (only store bought vegetable)! Served over 8 mixed grains for the base along with a can of sardines in olive oil. Topped with gusano mitla salt for that special final touch.
