Yes. I put cheese and sauce just about to the edge

Sometimes. I’m not going to say one way is always better than the other, they both satisfy a craving.

Absolutely. All the way around. I can’t think of a time I made a pizza and didn’t have the sauce on before baking.

I like to put sauce and light cheese, to add lil weight so the middle doesn’t bubble, then I bake for 5 mins. Then pull it out and add the rest of the cheese and toppings. Never get overly burned cheese or overcooked toppings. This looks great though.

No, in fact, i think less of people who do it, and won’t buy a pizza from anyone who does.

Yeah. I view crust as breadsticks attached to the pizza. Make it interesting

Little here little there yis yis sauce on crust is good but too much prevents good browning and spring so little this here little that there is the way.
