I’ve never had oysters like this before but this was a common theme out in St Marteen

Yeah the west coast oysters are going to be thicker in size, creamier and fishier and sweeter and the east coast are going to be larger in size but thinner, very briny and a lot more saltier. I prefer west coast because I like the fishy and creamy taste but when I’m hungover I crave salty East coast oysters lol
