You should be proud this is a great harvest. My first year of gardening, I got four tomatoes total. Make pasta or a salad and enjoy. Or you can freeze them to make pasta at some later date.

I grow tomatoes for money and my first harvest might look like this too. I love it because I can just eat them all for myself and it will be a couple of weeks before I have enough to start selling.

That’s awesome for your first year! And it’s only mid summer so you’ll get more! Looks like a great couple salads, some BLTs, tomato loaded Nachos, tacos, capresee salad, brioche with tomatoes fresh Mozerella and basil, slap them on a sandwich, cook them into an omlette, or just salt and pepper slices and enjoy…100s of ways to use Tomatoes! My fav.

Had my first tomato today. Sliced it up, salted and peppered them… delicious and healthy snack.

I usually cook tomatoes, just soften them a bit into a chunky tomato sauce and eat with scrambled eggs
