A little Cheeseburger in paradise / some margarita action. Got around to building a "Bro N' Sear" which is a poor mans "Slow n Sear". Burgs turned out great (The weird looking party in pic 2 is my girlfriends fake beyond meat burger 🤢)

I’ll say this… go have a cheese burger at a Jimmy Buffett CBIP and you’ll think you have had one of the worst burgers at ridiculous prices ever. Impressed, but not in a good way.
