Crust was so crispy crunchy. Definitely will be doing this again.

    Do you launch into a hot pan? How do you get it out quickly at the end of the cook (to avoid burning)?

    Cast iron da best. King arthur has a good recipe. Slather the bottom with olive oil!

    I started making these from a kenji Lopez video and they’re a favourite of my partners, they always come out the pan so easily and if the bottom needs browning a bit more I can always fire up the hob and hit it for a couple of minutes. My partner calls it the “Pizza Hut style” pizza.
