I was absolutely blown away by the kindness I received from my first week of dinner posts last Sunday! It was super encouraging and I was given lots of requests to post again, so here’s week 2! Only 2 meals with sweetcorn this week too! 🤪
* crispy panko basa with potato, carrot, courgette japanese curry topped with sesame seeds * grilled shrimp salad with romaine lettuce, cucumber, cherry tomatoes, sweetcorn, purple onion, avocado, feta and homemade dressing with greek yogurt, dijon mustard, honey, olive oil, salt, pepper, trader joe’s green goddess seasoning * cod battered fish tacos, avocado sweetcorn salsa, spicy greek yogurt and feta with cajun chips * shrimp tempura with parmesan garlic cabbage, brown rice with tempura sauce (store bought) * creamy tomato, salmon, mushroom, fusilli pasta, with roasted broccoli, topped with parmesan and sourdough

Can you tell me more about those chips babe? It is literally just Cajun seasoning on them? Cos they look incredible and a *need* to have them.
