First time making my own smash burger.

Delicious!! I don’t have a blackstone or a griddle but cooked one patty in my carbon steel pan and the other in my hexclad pan. I did pick up the blackstone burger smash/press at target today. Forgot to grab wax paper and the first patty smash stuck a little but the second one smashed well. Mustard fried the patties and it was super easy and so tasty. Used a higher fat content burger meat, I think it was 73/27. Good amount of salt/seasoned salt/pepper. Super easy and will definitely make again soon!
