I remember seeing one of these chocolate log mushroom cakes in a magazine advertisements as a very, very young child, and it’s always been one of my favorite things.

How did you do the mushies?? Is that a macron? My boyfriend is also super into mycology and I wanted to make him a similar cake, I found some mushroom candles but these would be perfect
