I just bought an ANOVA Precision Cooker new and upon opening, the control panel top was separated from the device and can only lightly sit on top (no glue or mechanism to fasten in?).
Is this a broken/defective product? Am I meant to be accessing within? Or am I meant to glue this down myself?

Happened to mine too, super glued it back in place & it works fine still.
Sent it back to manufacturer and they replaced it for free.
That’s the cooling compartment where you add water.
