I had to cook this inside because of a fireban… but in my heart it was over charcoal…
This was a gift given to me. We have a fireban on right now that prevents the use of my Primo so had to do it inside. I know it would have been better over charcoal…

Fire bans usually allow charcoal grills. Usually anyway. Where are you located?

Should have bought a turkey foil bake tin and some charcoal in it and a grill grate on top like hibachi on your stove, looks great though regardless enjoy it!
