I was lucky enough to try Trèsind Studio in Dubai and had a very enjoyable experience. The restaurant is set up like a theater with diners organized to face an open kitchen and the service is both exquisite and remarkably efficient with staff maintaining a steady pace throughout the 20+ courses.

The food itself is fantastic and the presentation is theatrical but not overblown, intended to educate diners on the ingredients and techniques inspired by different regions of India from the deserts to the coasts to the mountains to the plains. The courses are mostly 2-3 bite morsels but each one struck a different chord. My favorites were the Pani Puri and the Oyster Noodles.

I've been lucky to try a handful of other renowned Indian restaurants around the world as well but Trèsind offered one of the better meals out of them all. Hope you guys can try!

I was just there in May and I think this is probably the best Indian restaurant on earth. Very close to 3 star level

I am a fan of weird plating when it does something to highlight the dish. This looks more like r/findthesniper material
