    What else is on the plate? Specifically the crispy cheese looking side lol

    Looks like you cooked it great. Id eat it.

    Next time put your sauce on the botton or the edge and slice your steak after resting it and place on top. Makes a fuller plate with more colour.

    Probably wouldn’t be much of a fan of the mushroom sauce… Steam looks great otherwise. Nice sear, nice pink throughout.

    Looks perfect. Have you ever tried making a béarnaise sauce for your filets? It’s pretty delicious.

    Was fully prepared to see a dry, overdone filet. Pleasantly surprised to see a lovely, properly cooked red/pink center. Great job!
