The wife and I made our way to Georgia Boy last night for a fantastic experience. Each plate was crafted well. Not everything was perfectly executed. The cereal and milk was ok. The poached lobster got lost in the rest of the dish but the duck was a standout as was the wine pairing. The sommelier was knowledgeable and had a nice heavy hand when pouring. Service was outstanding and the atmosphere was nice and we enjoyed talking to the other guests at our table.
