    Lovely!! I make a version of this at least once a summer and it’s always a hit! For the frosting, I don’t really measure and go by taste but use the same cream cheese base, sub heavy cream for the butter, and add lemon zest. The zest adds brightness that’s delicious. I also put an apricot glaze on, just warm a little apricot jam in the microwave and brush it over. It boosts the shine and color and helps it keep a little longer
