It looks good. I would say you might need to add some more protein in there.

That looks *damn* tasty, but you’re missing some protein. I’ll definitely take some inspiration from this though, thanks for sharing πŸ™‚

Yeah it’s not “unhealthy” but it’s half potato and dairy, which I gotta say is pretty rich for a title telling other people to start eating healthy.

Still, better than no greens at all, hope you enjoyed it!

Omg I’m an idiot and totally thought the cheese was a white chocolate covered strawberry with chocolate drizzle hahaha

Its a good start! Looks so good.

Looks good but I would add some lean protein and way more veggies (depends of your appetite ofc). Low fat yogurts, a real cheatcode (especially Skyr, which tastes quite decent for a fat free dairy). Throw some thawed berries in a bowl and add some Skyr, lime juice, other fruits, cinnamon, mint … it tastes so good and it’s a nutritional bomb !

Double the veggies, halve the potatoes and add a little more protein and you’re balanced af! Great looking plate!

Potatoes arent healthy. Triple the protein and double the vegetables. That’s also a high sugar fruit. You’re going to get an insulin spike from this meal and your body will store it all as fat.

Bro, plate on the left is like 2 potatoes…for 1 plate is uh πŸ™„Β

  10. This is just two sides 😭 they look good though!

Idk why you’re getting all the hate on your roasted potatoes, they’re high in potassium and have plenty of fiber. Cheese is protein and most people in the west who eat meat get way more protein in their diet than they need. Looks really tasty, too!
