  1. These look delicious, and great video as always, but does anyone know whether we can subsitute tapioca flour for glutinous rice flour, the more commonly used thing, because I recently ran out.

    Thx.

  2. 30 g Sugar (2 tbs 1 tsp)
    100 g Milk (⅓ cup 1 tbsp)
    25 g Vegetable oil (1 tbsp 2 ½ tsp)
    20 g Plain flour (2 tbs 1 ⅔ tsp)
    90 g Tapioca starch (¾ cup)
1 Egg (add slowly, all of it may not be used)

  3. Who actually tried to make this? And what is the result? I feel like when she was showing the donut breaking it apart it looked hard.

  4. Noooo! I'm sorry i know the c-section loves you and will prolly hate on me but idc because by putting plain flour in there you committed a food crime if you still want to call them mochi donuts! Its no wonder they looked so tough to rip and bite at the start!
If you really want to make mochi donuts, you need short grain glutenous rice flour (id change more but thats the glaring error).
Putting regular flour instead of rice flour is practically as bad as adding salt instead of sugar

    No .. just… Nooo

  5. I’m soooo happy with this recipe that I’m writing this comment right after I tried the first one🤩 awesome!!!!
