Any tips for a beginner? I have some raised bed sand out in some strawberries, did well at first but now they are struggling. Wondering if I over watered them

What is your fertilizer regimen? I use Espoma Berry Tone in early spring and then again at the end of June. Not sure if they need a third time before fall or frost?
