    Where is the finished dish? Do you stir it up now or mash it?

    I really need to try sour cream in my mash. I’m more of a butter/cheese/olive oil/normal cream masher, but I’ve seen sour cream in spuds so much I really gotta give it a go. Does it replace butter ? Or is butter still in there ? Wondering if butter and sour cream would clash.
