what’s for Brey Jack it’s been a hot minute since I’ve made a video about breakfast for my kids it’s mainly because they’ve been at my mother-in-law since we’ve been on vacation however this morning we’re going to make some protein pancakes it’s a 2:1 ratio of flour to oats I throw it in the blender with milk and egg salt vanilla and baking powder you blend blend blend and let the batter sit for about 10 to 15 minutes to thicken and then heat up your pan put in the batter and your blueberries honestly this one came out a little bit flat so I added more more baking powder I don’t measure anything which you know that’s me but if you are a perfectionist definitely measure things I also Blended some of the blueberries into the batter as well my kids really really enjoyed it I kind of thought that they were ugly and a little flat but that’s because it was you know oatmeal and the lack of gluten in there but my kids are Troopers and honestly like anything that’s sweet with maple syrup so I also didn’t want to show these other extra pancakes that I made but my kid said that they were really beautiful so I’m going to show you guys that’s all thanks for watching bye
