I’ve been following this page for a while now and it’s wonderful to see lots of innovative, colourful recipes – so delicious and can’t wait to try them all! I’m Indian, woman, and 24, and am taking steps to manage my weight and PCOS, and beginning to embed Mediterranean eating principles into my lifestyle. Of course, it’s only my first day so can’t say anything yet, though I feel super alert and energetic after having this chia seed and oat pudding. But can’t lie though, it’s my first time trying chia seeds and the texture did get a bit off-putting towards the end and I might need some time to get used to it. Nevertheless, it tasted great and I felt so upbeat after! No wonder why TikTok and other social media push this a lot for breakfast – it’s a great way to kickstart your day! It’s not only nutritious, but also very quick and low-effort.

Anyway, recipe below (I doubled the proportions for future use):- • 1/2 cup rolled oats
• 1 tablespoon chia seeds
• 1 cup almond milk (you can use any milk of your choice)
• 1/2 cup yoghurt (this is optional for extra creaminess)
• 1 tbsp honey

• Fresh fruit (I used apples and sprinkled some cinnamon)
• Flaked almonds for the crunch
• A dollop of crunchy peanut butter

  1. I just added some items to my cart on thrive. I used to always make overnight oats and just forgot about it. I love putting almond/peanut butter and any fresh berries on mine. Thanks for the post!
