Mixed media eye candy of my meals today, I hope you guys enjoy 🙂

I start every day with coffee with splenda and a splash of 2% milk (60 cals total)

Breakfast: a sweet potato(150) with rehydrated peanut butter powder (50) which is seriously the best hack to stick to goal. I mix the PB powder with water, a pinch of salt, and a smaller pinch of splenda and it tastes so decadent. = 200 calories total.

Lunch:
Multigrain toast (120) with melted Gouda (100) and everything seasoning
Hard boiled egg, also with everything seasoning (80ish)
Frozen berries with a dollop of vanilla lite Greek yogurt (small bowl today, only 85 cals)

Dinner: egg roll in a bowl and jasmine rice (435)

Dessert will be cookies! (140)
