if you’re tired of boring meal prep this garlic butter steak mac and cheese will be your new favorite recipe each serving packs 50 gram of protein is only 450 calories and this makes four meals that you can freeze to have lunch or dinner ready to go for the whole week let me show you how to make it we’re going to start out by combining one and 1/2 cups of cottage cheese half a cup of fat free cheddar cheese one packet of mac and cheese powder half a cup of fat free milk and blending everything together until completely smooth all the way through next we’re going to take out 24 oz of lean steak dice it into 1 in cubes transfer the steak to a bowl add garlic salt black pepper and mix everything together we’re going to add our seasoned steak to a hot pan cook on both sides on high heat until golden brown add in a tablespoon of light butter a tablespoon of minced garlic parsley flakes and cook for another 2 minutes until the steak is completely coated once our steak is done cooking we’re going to add 8 O of protein pasta to Boiling Water cook until done transfer it to a bowl along with our cheese sauce and mix it all together to make our mac and cheese and finally we’re going to assemble by topping our mac and cheese with our garlic butter steak and fresh chives
