I looked at the other pineapple upside down cakes posted in the sub and didn’t see any that included rum. I definitely want the rum, LOL. Probably going to make this later this week. Before I do, do you see any room for improvement or changes? The only thing that seems odd about it is it doesn’t contain any crushed pineapple. I like the texture of the fruit in the batter.
