Nice! What was your cooking method? I’ve got 2 racks for the 4th but haven’t done ribs on my kettle in years. Any tips are sincerely appreciated.
Usually I have a Bradley for that type of work, however, it’s in need of a fuse and I’ve been really enjoying the work it takes to keep a kettle going strong versus the “set it and forget it” of the Bradley. Been trying to perfect the snake method as of late.
