Tucked away in the Tuscany hills, my girlfriend and I dined at Osmosi, a contemporary Italian restaurant.
One of my favorites meals this year and up there with the all time greats. Innovative methods and a wide variety of foods, I was left surprised at every dish.
We opted for the 9 course chefs tasting menu. Too many highlights to mention them all, but some included the cuttlefish noodles prepared like carbonara, the asparagus with ice cream, the pigeon, and a lovely lovely veal. Oh and an amazing ravioli with truffles + a unique bitter risotto that over time my palette adjusted to. Supportive staff, and we were situated with a window to view the pâtissier make his orders, so you know I’m loving it.
It’s no wonder they earned their 1st Michelin Star, if you’re in Tuscany try and get a seat
