The heat of early summer is setting in Southern California. The plants have responded enthusiastically to the warm weather as the garden is flourishing. The transition to warm season vegetable plants is complete. In this video, I’ll take you on a tour of our container garden and harvest our remaining cool season veggies as well as some early maturing shishito peppers.
I’ll be doing the following chores …
– Planting and setting up a cage for Asian bitter melon.
– Transplanting Blue Lake bush beans plants.
– Feeding the plants with an organic liquid fertilizer.
