These 3 veggies are my fav to grill. Portobello mushrooms, zucchini and yellow squash.

Looks great! Your sear is nice and even and the right color. What was the doneness inside??? I like mine medium ish. Med rare.

Costco veggies? If so they carry a 3 pack of herb cheeses you can add a spoonful or 2 to the mushrooms cap, add their bacon bits they carry, then top with some of their parmesan and everyone will tell you they’re the best stuffed mushrooms they have had. I’ve always done it with the Bellas but the ports are technically the same.
