Bruschetta, pronounced “bruˈsketta,” is a simple yet incredibly delicious meal.

It’s made from thick grilled slices of bread rubbed with garlic and topped with a mix of extra virgin olive oil, salt, and tomatoes.

⭐️ Ingredients
10 slices crusty bread or baguette cut into ½ inch or 1.2 cm thick slices.
1 pound (500 grams) of tomatoes, any variety as long as they are ripe
3 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil
2 tablespoons balsamic vinegar
2 cloves garlic 1 for mixture, 1 for rubbing on bread
15 leaves fresh basil

this is Italian rusa Mama Mia rinse and dry the tomatoes then cut them into small dyes and add them to a bowl then season with extra virgin olive oil balsamic vinegar salt black pepper some fresh basil leaves then if you really like garlic you can add some fresh crushed garlic in the mix mix well with a spoon until all the ingredients are well combined let marinate a room temperature cut the bread then arrange it on a baking sheet on a single layer and toast it in the oven with the broiler function it’s only going to take a couple of minutes then if you want your bread extra crunchy turn it around and toast it for another minute then when the bread is ready brush it with garlic now top each slice of bread with a couple of tablespoons of the Tomato mixture easy right

  1. Interesting. You sound Italian, but did you forget the “B” in “bruschetta”? I was thinking “RUSCHETTA” was something different that my mother, who was Italian, never made or told me about

  3. I love roasting the garlic so that it is like butter when you brush it over the toasted bread.
