The GF went to visit family on the coast for two weeks leaving me alone. I’m the cook at home, so I took the opportunity to make some of my favourites that she does not like. She isn’t a picky eater, but does not like spicy food or cilantro. Both of which I LOVE!
Mac’n’Cheese: for the green cilantro sauce blend together a bunch of cilnatro, a jalapeno, a poblano, garlic, green onion, and a little milk until pureed. Add sauce to cheese sauce, mix with pasta and chorizo. Top with crushed tortilla chips and bake.
