10 hotdogs, 8 slices of bacon, 4 Irish car bomb brats (soaked in Guinness and Jameson), 8 brisket & prime rib burgers and last but not least…roasted onions & mushrooms. Takes up the whole grill.

    Nice! When I was in the market for a new grill, I looked at total square inches and got exactly what I needed. Can hold 3 racks and 6 burgers and dogs and sausages on the top. Cheers!

  5. Yeah, ran into that issue tonight on my Weber Kettle. First grilled the corn, then grilled veggies in 2 batches, then swordfish. Everything cooks direct.

    It’s normally not an issue as it is just my wife and me, but some days I really need to plan. I could have ditched the Vortex knockoff and used more charcoal and grate surface, so that’s on me. I like how the Vortex gets the charcoal close to the grate and gives a good char on quick cooking items.

    I’m gonna need this real estate tomorrow! Grilling for 30 adults and 17 kids on a 3 burner Weber 😂😂. Burgers, dogs, chicken, sausage, steaks, and shrimp . Gonna be out there allllllll day
