The food is excellent definitely a 10/10!!! If you’re looking to take a road trip to get great food and to enjoy the local beach front or you’re a military veteran traveling through and needing a place to stay in the Mississippi area then Keesler AFB, has you covered. We enjoyed our massive order of food we ordered cabbage, stewed brown chicken, jerk chicken, Guava bbq wings, greens, curry goat, curry chicken, rice, mac n cheese, sodas, honey buffalo wings, and so much more. My family and I thoroughly enjoyed every single thing immensely food was excellent it’s to live for!!!!

I have family in the Mississippi and San Antonio TX area and I recently enjoyed my get away it was a much needed vacation and definitely an enjoyable reset loving on my family and friends within both areas. While traveling through TX both my wife and I enjoyed Buc-ee hoping we literally stopped at all 3 Buc-ees along the way. We enjoyed their excellent chopped brisket, biscuit breakfast sandwiches, and icees to name a few goodies. The San Antonio and Mississippi areas are always a fun time hanging with family and friends and it’s budget friendly and has plenty of budget/wallet friendly hotels/resort accommodations. My wife and I wanted to get away for a quick getaway from the Tampa area and decided to head to visit family and friends as stated above. Nawlins is near by Mississippi they have plenty of casinos and food buffet galore at the Beaurivage Resort casino as well as at the IP casino and resort.

Date night doesn’t have to be expensive we’ve simply learned how to enjoy free and fun entertainment in conjunction with not so costly expenses as well. Do what makes you and your wallet comfortable, we’re couponers as well so we’re always on the hunt for great deals that’s budget friendly. We enjoy shopping from home decor, clothing, food eateries, and etc. Generally, when we get away we take full fledge advantage of all the amenities that our travel area has to offer to include entertainment opportunities as best as we can anyway lol!!!

Sweet Pepper is a black owned restaurant newly established on Dec 2023 they were featured on the local Mississippi news back then. They’re a young couple full of passion for their culture and food. They make you feel as if you’re home when you enter their restaurant and you certainly feel as though you’re enjoying a true homecooked meal with the love of family in every bite. Both my wife and I enjoyed their restaurant, the food, and the excellent customer service. They’re right outside of Keesler AFB, MS off porter street. We were not dissapointed and our family wasn’t aware that their restaurant was there but after enjoying the plethora of options we ordered and enjoyed as a family they were utterly impressed and they have plans to visit the restaurant themselves as local Mississippians!! Sweet Pepper is a great restaurant that offers Authentic Carribean dishes and they do have cocoa bread as well it goes fast so best of luck if you can get your hands on some!!! What’s not to love about this eatery the restaurant has excellent customer service, excellent food 10/10 stars. We will certainly be back to visit and this will be our first stop.

sweet pepper wing flavors and all that good stuff they got all of that these are all flavors so we going to get a couple things of wings as well these are the wing sizes they offer the sides so we’re going to kind of mix it up today prices aren’t too bad at all mac and cheese we going to definitely get some of that fried ochra going to get that thought you TR other she put the love in it y’all at American Cuisine y’all they the real deal these are honey barbecue wings yes Lord stew Brown Chicken yes Lord got us a nice Healy pan of rice got some spicy rooster pasta them seasons and herbs kicked all up in there y y’all see that love and we got the curry goat yes Lord then we got the curry chicken come on Curry going through this piece then we got the mac and cheese got the greens we got jerk chicken right here we got the extra sauces yes we got the cabbage on day yeah y’all know we had to get them oxtails baby and they bless us with the guava barbecue wings y’ yes Lord that’s everything oh can’t forget you know I had to step out my comfort zone got the creamy coconut Dr the pepper baby got the pineapple Orange just making me crazy pineapples mine hey y’all look just go if come just come to Mississippi and try this food at what’s in the uh sweet peppers sweet pepper I have never had any Jamaican food ever so I didn’t know what to expect but baby they put their foot in everything they made so yeah everything so sister just had a surgical procedure so we just wanted to bless the family everything thing is hitting on point my sweetie getting her little grub bone she
