  4. Looks like the first time I ever tried to make burgers 😂 completely raw, and mine was wayyy over seasoned to where the salt would sting your tongue. Hopefully you ordered it that way otherwise it shoulda been sent back for sure, good looking burger other than that though

    That looks great. Exactly what you want a burger of that thickness to look like inside – tough to see the sides but they look like maaybe they could do with a bit more sear. To my taste I’d have some neutral-ish lettuce and a slice of ripe tomato, but each to their own. Bread looks *great*. So often with this kind of burger, the bun isn’t picked to properly deal with the additional juiciness and you end up with a soggy mess in your hands, but that champion looks like it would keep its structure if my incontinent grandad wore it as underwear.

  12. It Looks Amazing, and cooked perfectly. If seasoned right I actually love the taste of dripping blood from meat. I would be sopping up all the blood on the plate with my bun. And I have a death wish so I don’t care how safe it is. I also love to have a Ramekin of pickles so I can eat a pickle with every bite.

    I honestly don’t think that’s allowed in Alberta. I mean I live here and health code is to cook ground beef to a minimum of 145 degrees Fahrenheit ….. I’m pretty sure this is illegal if it was made in Calgary. Good luck!

    Oh and also no lettuce or tomatoes? Too dry.  

    The fat on the plate is screaming incoming stomach cramps and diarrhea

    I’m not a fan of raw cooked burgers. The most raw I’d do on a burger is medium well. Other than that it looks good!

    But it’s a different ball game for steaks of course.
