Just came across this subreddit and was so excited! I love Mediterranean foods and diet (or close enough!)

Some breakfasts I’m loving.

  • 3 eggs scrambled with garden greens (spinach, chard) sometimes I add feta and cherry tomato.
  • cauliflower oats. (Add cauliflower to oats, almond milk, frozen blueberries, yoghurt and maple syrup or honey!) alternatively I have protein oats. (Protein powder).
  • leek omelette with pecorino cheese. (Sautee leek, add egg, add cheese before folding.
