To put it shortly, it went perfectly.
As Korean, born and raised in Seoul for my entire life, I had certain expectation for the each dish and well defined standard and criteria that the dish is supposed to meet and satisfy. What amazed me was Atomix actually successfully achieved all of those while showing enough creativity and adaptability that people who enjoy western ‘fine dining’ scene. The service was phenomenal too. So attentive and kind but most of all, I didn’t have to speak English which is my second language, because one of the beverage team members who brought my drinks -I had the non-alcoholic pairing add-on by the way- spoke the perfect Korean and he knows everything behind the each dish and drink, so, it was nice to actually exchange the thoughts about the experience with the staff in my own mother language which I didn’t expect to do outside of Korea.

I’m going to add comments to leave some thoughts regarding some of the dishes and non-alcoholic pairing….
