I’m not sure if I allowed to take pictures of the recipe I used, but I used the berry jam recipe from the New Ball Book of Canning. A kind redditor from my city invited ppl to come pick his excess blackberries, so I was able to meet up with him and pick exactly enough for the recipe.
I took a canning class a month or so ago to make sure I knew the basics and to do it safely, and let me tell you, hearing the pop of the jars was so satisfying and I am proud that I remembered all the tips and steps.
