I love grilled cheese and a fried egg. I'll just have them both at once. Recipe is an egg, white bread, American cheese, mayo, and butter for frying. Everything just cheapest on the shelf. I eat the egg sandwich over a second grilled cheese that soaks up the dripping yolk so it's almost like a bonus egg sandwich.

Throw some pan fried ham in there. I eat one at least once a week.
