When I moved to Paris this was a restaurant which catch my attention idk what took me so long to finally try it out
It’s a small omakase restaurant located very close to jardin de palais royale and only offer 8 covers per services (there’s 2 services for dinner)
They have special menu during this month and I think until Olympics they offer only silver and gold menu only difference is Gold menu has wagyu (40€ difference) and have a cheaper lunch menu
Ambience was great and very intimate especially if you’re a solo diner can greet people beside you (prefer to go with a company it’ll be really good option for date albeit expensive) and I chose the sake pairing let’s say you drink almost 500-600 ml of Sake choices were great paired well with food but need to have same kind of sake for few dishes in row service was gooood just like any other fine dining restaurant
Food was great my favorites was Sea bream with crispy skin and sauce made with dashi and green onion and fermented radish with soy sauce and caviar oscietra and all the sushi especially unagi I got another serving of it(you can have as many sushi you like for a price) and sashimi sea bass with nori jelly fresh wasabi and shisou flowers
Total spent – 482€ (320 gold menu + 110 sake pairing 7 glasses + 1 aperitif and some extra sushi)
