Simply an amazing meal. We were there July 2023. Found the place by scrolling around Google maps and so glad we did. Can't remember it all but we'll try: The first course, at the top of with the tree of canapes, was the most amazing "tomato" ever, which was a red pepper wrapped around tuna. Then there was a bao bun with cabbage and mustard, cod with mushroom foam (?), snails with calf liver or heart can't remember, venison with bottarga maybe, agnolotti with a meat and corn(?) , duck fat risotto, sea bass (?), and a variety of deserts. I could eat there every day.
