caviar kim
uni kim (add on) – this and the caviar kim were probably the best bites i had in while. these two courses definitely spoiled our taste buds, and i wish they were more spaced out throughout the meal. i personally enjoyed the uni much more than the caviar.
mulhoe – i liked it. very sour (kind of like a ceviche). only thing was the tomato was a single big piece so kind of hard to integrate.
jook – a generous portion of porridge. it felt a bit out of place for an elevated menu but delicious nonetheless.
dover sole – well cooked and charred fish, not particularly memorable.
duck and chan – the chan was fun but the duck was absolutely phenomenal. i don’t think i’ve ever had duck cooked so well.
strawberry – delicious sorbet, very on brand with east asian fine dining to have a dessert like this.
goguma juak – this was incredibly unique. the donut had a delightfully chewy texture. amazing ending to the meal.
really grateful to have had this experience, we had a great time. still thinking about the duck. if anyone has a favorite duck entree in nyc or paris, please share!

Had a phenomenal meal there
The caviar kim is one of the best bites in NYC! Still think about that
