This recipe calls for 10 cups crushed fresh tomatoes, 1 package salsa mix, and 1/2 cup 5% acidity vinegar. Can I swap for bottled lemon juice since it is more acidic? I don’t like vinegar in canning.

Input greatly appreciated! Happy canning!
Yes, you can use bottled lemon or lime juice instead of vinegar. More info: https://www.healthycanning.com/the-acidity-of-lemons-and-home-canning/
